There shouldn't be a problem about dying in a closet in real life and I really understand why people are so close-minded and this is still happening, I guess. Why does this "kids movie" motivate me to think about this kind of issue so much? But I guess it's a good thing, I'm probably/definitely not the only one who watched Nimona and really started to think about this (and the other themes of this movie)

also Nimona literally coming out of the closet (as a shape-shifter) is like really nice, I love little things like that in movies that you maybe not even register at first

There was this guy at work who ‘liked’ me. Which struck me as odd because I’m pretty sure we’d never talked— and I say pretty sure because apparently he was working on the same area as me once and I legit had NO idea XD But to be fair, back then I kept my head down, earbud on, and made very little eye contact with others... because that’s just How I Did. Hhgvsgjfdh — Anyway, I eventually found out who he was and we started talking during lunch, eating together every day and getting to know one another. Honestly, he was a cool dude.

Nice, dorky, creative, made me laugh and laughed with me... Clicked on how we thought about things, how we were socially awkward and nervous as Hell people— but it was easy to talk to him, and I liked talking to him. He seemed to genuinely enjoy listening to what I had to say too. Just- a good guy who I considered a friend. I think he might have still been into me for a bit— even though I made it clear I wasn’t interested in entering a relationship with anyone —but I’m not sure because as I stated, I suck when it comes to noticing things like that when it’s directed at me. Obvious signals I either don’t notice or overthink and doubt, and it’s just- hindsight should be 20/20 but it never is with me. With friends and fam, I’m good at the advice and dissecting how they are feeling/thinking... but not about how they feel towards me. rip 

Anyway— I honestly don’t know if I had a crush on him. If I did, it definitely wasn’t anything I would consider major. But still, I feel like it’s weird I’m not entirely ‘certain’. Because I DO think he was attractive-looking... but I also know that he isn’t someone I would have taken a second glance at before we started talking- as proven by how I literally didn’t before. He hit some of my fave aesthetics: flannel, tall, glasses, kinda scruffy-looking... but he wasn’t like the people I look at and automatically think ‘oh, they hot’. I dunno if that means I was feeling FEELINGS because just... people gave the ‘he’s kinda cute’ shrug and stuff when describing him when they first mentioned he liked me, and that’s the response I give when people tell me about who they are crushing on and I don’t really ‘see’ the appeal. Well, now I was on the OTHER side and I have no idea what that meant. And whenever people asked if I liked him I’d give a-

‘Nah, not really... but if i WAS going to be with someone- then yeah, he’d probably have the best chance.’ A LOT of - ‘if I was’ and ‘he’s the closest so far’ and ‘he’d have the best shot’ and at the time I was kinda- iffy about why I kept reiterating that but I still believed it, even though I partially felt like I was trying to convince myself. But damn de nile isn’t just a river in Egypt, and fuk maybe I was floating down it? But I feel like if I LIKED him, I would know? Then again, I am repressed as Hell when it comes to relationships because for the longest time I’ve never had any interest, and even when I started thinking about what it’d be like- I know that logically I’m not good for one. I don’t want to hurt someone because I’m so confused about what I’m capable of providing or how I feel about certain things. People deserve better.

I just hate that it’s so difficult for me to know if I liked someone or not because I always thought that if you have feelings for someone, you’re supposed to KNOW. It’s just- if anyone should know it should be me. But that’s a song and dance I keep running into. Not that it even matters because I wouldn’t have pursued anything if I did, since he’d only have been disappointed. It was for the best because now I spend my lunch watching vids and writing, which I did before he started talking to me and is how I normally prefer to spend my time. So, silver linings... but it was still a dick move and it made me feel like shit for a while after. Especially seeing him around and feeling awkward as Hell and wondering if I did something wrong. I know I didn’t and he had personal shit too and maybe he even just got tired of the Friend Zone, but still... the mind can be a real Bitch and that definitely didn’t help with my whole ‘being good enough’ dilemma. The whole "relationship" just screams "fake" to me and has from the very start, not at all helped by the fact that the first time we saw them it was on a yacht in the middle of nowhere with nothing and no-one else around; it was so obvious that it was a ridiculously staged/pap pic occasion.

Regarding your recording comment, it needs to be pointed out that that was all HER. Seb's video was, compared to hers, simple and highlighted, to me at least, that he didn’t and doesn't and give a damn about this "relationship" or her. It also showcased just how fake the whole thing is by, most notably, addressing several baits etc. that we went on to see after Seb shot the video, which was while he was locked down in New York and prior to him going to Ibiza and ending up with her on that yacht. Everything she recorded in and for HER video was clearly staged and/or recorded by someone else - she might as well have had a full-on camera crew trailing them for the past year. It should be obvious to everyone imo, just how orchestrated it was - like the relationship is - but again, everyone's entitled to an opinion and if some want to think this shitshow is real then that's up to them.

What makes me laugh is that all her efforts to get any real attention over the last year, particularly in terms of for and benefiting her "career", have failed SO spectacularly. No-one outside of Spain really gives a damn about her "acting" or has even the slightest bit of interest in the series she was a part of and she seemingly hasn't booked another, or any job, of note since she first arrived on the scene.

I want to make it clear that I do want Seb to be happy, I genuinely do, however I honestly believe that, with her, he is anything but. He has looked utterly miserable in all the pap pics etc (bar these latest ones in Spain, which only had to the "fakeness" of it all, imo) and sightings with her, and he's looked happier and healthier when there's been considerable distance between them, like when he was filming Fresh in Vancouver.

I have no doubt that Seb, like so many people, struggled with the lockdown, especially given the fact he lives alone, but I don't think her arrival in his life has benefited him positively in any way, notably because of all the problematic baggage she's brought with her, like her cultural appropriation. It has not done and isn't doing Seb any favours being associated with someone who is old enough to know that CA is utterly wrong and offensive, yet who hasn't apologised for doing it or taken down the pictures. To me, the fact that he is with someone so problematic only highlights the fact that this "relationship" is all a PR stunt, organised by CAA who he signed with just weeks before this all started. Of course I don't know Seb personally, but from what I've seen and heard of and from him over the years, he certainly doesn't strike me as someone who would willingly want to spend so much time with a woman like her, who has engaged in CA etc., because he's always come across as a kind, compassionate guy who wants to unite people, not divide or offend them as she has.

Regarding your ‘I doubt that she is actually have a brain’ remark, I have said in the past that I think she is far from smart, and the fact she engaged in and had yet to apologise for CA is one thing that proves that. I also think she is FAR from perfect for him - if anything I’m more of the opinion that, and this is only my opinion, given what I’ve seen/been witness to over the last year - she is the worst thing to happen to him in a very long time - across the whole time I’ve known about him for sure - but again, I understand that people can and do think differently to me, and that’s perfectly okay.

the card game between you, lele, and jisungie is getting intense and finally, the winner is revealed... it's you!

the three of you decide to watch a movie together, putting the small movie players injunnie bought to use

you're now squishing lele but he just lifts his left arm and places it on the top of the seat behind your head, giving you more room

so you guys abandon the check out line and go searching for jaemin who just disappeared

you were passing by the frozen section of the shop when you swear you saw someone who looked like jaemin trapped in one of the freezers

you take a double take and behold... it is jaemin whose stuck in one of the freezers

you quickly open the door and tell him to get out, while he just replies with: “no, I’m done with this road trip by now.”

you're not too far from the beach and there is a restaurant and a convenience shop nearby

once you get in the condo you guys play rock-paper-scissors (once again) to figure out the situation of the rooms

jaemin wins the biggest room of all but, to be honest... he deserved it

except he has to room with jisungie... you can just imagine it now: jaemin cuddling and babying jisung until no tomorrow

hyuck & jeno get their own rooms!! hooray!

you and china line have to share a room... time for them to be speaking in Chinese and you looking far off in the distance like you’re in The Office

it’s around 4 pm and you all decide to go to the beach because!! why not

you all change into your bathing suits as fast as you can and slather sunscreen on each other and go running to the beach

at first, you guys were just gonna all sit down on the chairs you brought and take it easy because... it took a while for you guys to get there

however, everyone was forcing each other in the water so... you just went with it

the water was super cold at first until hyuck picked you up by the waist and dragged you deeper into the ocean (like he did to mark in that Miami vid)

jisungie just laughs at how relentless hyuck is and stays a safe distance from you and him

hyuck eventually gives up and lets you go before chasing down jaemin and doing the same to him

you go and bother renjun whose trying to build a sandcastle by poking his sides until he gets annoyed

you just laugh and keep on annoying him until he gets fed up and almost puts you in a headlock

lele is chasing jisung across the beach and jeno is surfing on the waves with the surfboard he brought himself

about an hour later... you’re all exhausted so you bundle yourselves in the towels you brought and trek back to your condo

when you get back, you all take quick showers and change into your pajamas

lele decides to stay up with jisungie and hyuck to play video games while you and the others go to sleep

you wake up the next morning to a body draped over you and to be honest, you’re not surprised when you find out its lele

he’s clinging onto you like a koala and you just laugh at his sleepy face nuzzled into your stomach

you don’t wanna disturb him but at the same time... you really have to go to the bathroom, so...

coincidentally, at the same time, someone starts clashing pans together, which you presume is renjun

lele jumps out of his skin and you just pat the top of his head before slithering out of his snug hold

you go do your business and end up taking another shower bc... why not

you slip into some comfy shorts and a loose, long-sleeve shirt before making your way to the kitchen

you plop down on a barstool beside a groggy jeno and lie against the cold, marble counter

you guys didn’t stop by the grocery store on your way here so basically... you had no food except the snacks jisungie brought + the ones you guys bought at the convenience store

it was eight when you guys started and it was a two-hour movie so... you guys finished around ten

after the movie, you guys had cleaned up all the trash from the snacks you ate and got ready for bed... jisungie invited you to stay up with him to play video games and you took up that offer for about an hour or so

when your head hit the pillow later that night, you were out cold LMAO

the next morning renjun wakes you up by shaking you, and you just hit his chest to make him stop

you actually got the ropes of it, but the other five kept on getting aggravated because they kept on losing balance every 5 seconds

you thank jeno for giving you some lessons on how to surf and he grins at you before you start to head to where lele is seated on the sand

he’s making a sandcastle, and now it’s a competition on who can make the biggest one

after a few minutes, he glances at yours and starts hyena laughing until he just starts to silently laugh

before you can even react to his statement, jisung comes up from behind chenle and necks him before sprinting off in the other direction

“if I drown I’m blaming it on you.” you say as he lifts you up once again

he smirks. “fair enough.” before dunking you back into the water and doing the same to himself as well

they all have different fashion styles, though, so you just reside in hyuck who has the closest style to yours out of the others

when you put on each individual outfit and walk out of the bathroom like you’re striding down the runway, hyuck is your hypeman

even if he isn’t digging the outfit that much, he’ll still compliment how great it looks on you or how it describes your personality

once you settle on an outfit that both you (and hyuck) agree on, you guys head out to the Mediterranean restaurant nearby!!

i am finally back!! I wanted to come back right at the start of september but life said no so it took a while, but now i'm actually back and planning to be more active.

I hope your situation will get better soon and i'm sending all my love <33 but i think it's kinda fun that you're stressed because you're starting college and i'm stressed because i just finished it (if i pass with my thesis, fingers are crossed!).

but since i'm sort of an expert now: i promise you will be fine. College can be scary, especially in the first few weeks, but i know you will do well <33 there are always things that seem complicated or scary but i have no doubt that you will do great. and that you will find lots of new friends, you're such a sweet and nice person. I made my friends because i asked if there was any homework on the very first day 💀 everyone is nervous and that makes it way easier to find friends than usual.

and I'm sure your major will be great! (What are you majoring in 👀) there will always be classes that are more boring than others but as long as you're interested in the overall topic of your major you can get through it <33 and if you end up hating it you can still think about changing it completely, i did that too and i couldn't be happier. I had so many people dropping out of college in the first few weeks of the first year, i was surprised 😅

but to end this long rant: i'm sure you will do great and you will find new friends, they will meet you and they will love you <33 and i hope you have a great time and can enjoy the student life a bit in between exams and all that (pro tip: try not to procrastinate 💀)

so idk where my last confessional left off but i think it was before tribal. so after tribal, jinx’s manifestations came true, we swapped, i ended up on a tribe with no one i knew except chris, so that was kind of…nnng. but hey, gotta roll with the punches. me and jinx were paired up for the challenge which game me a bit of time to talk with them, and they gave me some insight on ppl i didn’t really know on my tribe, and also they gave me a tarot reading, and it basically said that while i’m probably gonna have to deal with some bullshit, i just have to use everything i’ve learned to get over any obstacles, and stay calm and collected through it all. i’m really really praying for this one, since we just lost immunity, and now chris is going to the outhouse, i’m afraid that i’m truly all alone now. and if there’s one thing that scares me it’s being alone. i really like mikki tho, and i heard benj was good ppl. maybe if i let them know that raffy might have the half idol then maybe they’d be more inclined to work with me, but i also really enjoy raffy’s presence, so i don’t really want him to be a target. blake and i have had a good amount of dialogue so i’m hoping that he’d be willing to work with me, to be honest. ughhhhh why why why tribal. It’s my chronic overthinking in this swap that is going to do me in, I feel. It’s the pressure of having to actually think differently, and coming off of EVERYTHING I’ve seen in this community over the past 6 months, oh good Lord have mercy, I feel as though its so hard for me to want to not sacrifice my game, but at the same time... I feel all the pressure in the world to flip. I did have a lucid dream that if I got to a point where I consistently voted only white people at every Council, it would make my game look REALLY good by comparison, since I literally did everything I could, and no, I don’t want to hear anyone post season say this was rigged for Jinx, it’s not, we’re only going to go against each other down the road because of how this season has been set up, and it breaks my heart

So here's some tea I suppose. I was a pretty big fan of the tribe swap because people talked more in general. This was particularly interesting considering their different timezones but continued ability to keep up conversation. It was pretty apparent that I was at a numbers deficit from my original tribe but my hope was that people didn't want to play like "that" and then if they did that my former tribe would throw it to keep the numbers. Apparently that is not true as Lily C went as hard as possible to win a challenge she could have convincingly thrown as an "accident" multiple times. At any rate, based on the total lack of communication with me concerning who I am voting it is evident that either the plan is to vote someone without telling me or that it is to vote me. This means that regardless of the situation I am in a terrible position and will be leaving sooner rather than later. I don't know that I've been swap screwed in the past (perhaps, I've been playing for too long) but it really stinks.
